~ CONNECTIONS ~

Church membership should be more than just attending services once or twice a week. At The Faith Center, we encourage our members to connect not only with the church but with its members in a deeper and more impactful way. Here are just a few ways in which you can “find your place” at The Faith Center. Remember, at The Faith Center, it is not about membership. It is about relationship.

JOIN A SMALL GROUP:

What are small groups? A Small Group:

  • Is an intentional gathering. Small groups are group of people who agree to share life together. They plan where and when to meet and arrange their schedules to be there. They have a purpose for getting together.
  • meets regularly. Small groups have a regular meeting time and schedule. The members of the group know when to expect their next gathering.
  • Is for the purpose of discipleship. People in small groups connect with one another, pray with and for one another, and support one another.

JOIN A MINISTRY GROUP:

As you begin to discover the gifts within you, you can utilize those gifts within ministry groups within the church. This will give you the opportunity to develop your gifts and use them in productive ways. In doing this, you claim ownership not only of the gifts that God has deposited within you, but in the ministry in which He has planted you. [OUR MINISTRIES PAGE]

NTERNATIONAL MISSIONS TEAMS:

If you feel the pull to spread the gospel abroad or support someone who does, then perhaps International Missions Teams is the avenue for you. As members of the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel, we emphasize the gospel abroad. Foursquare boasts over 66,000 churches in over 140 countries and territories around the world. Supporting those who go abroad to preach the gospel of the Kingdom is at the heart of our purpose.

Don't allow complacency to steal your zeal. A vast majority of individuals who leave the church do so because they were never completely connected. They never felt accepted or as though they "fit in" and eventually they leave. It is our desire that all who become members of The Faith Center become intricately interwoven in the fabric of the ministry. This ministry is just as much yours as it is ours. Take ownership and find your place at The Faith Center.
